A full day and night event in partnership with our friends at Ravensbourne University.
Participants connected with artists, technologists and practitioners working with the physical and therapeutic aspects of sound. Following a day engaging with installations, film and discussions, the event concluded with world-class live interactive and audio-visual performances. Audiences were able to physically experience sound using SUBPAC wearable technology.

Internationally exhibited Life of Plants pushes into the boundaries of art, health and wellness. This is a very intimate experience, the experiment will send the plants signal from the device into the participants body, as an immersive physical dimensional field. Plant and person will become one.

MagicBeans are exploring new kinds of mixed reality audio experiences and will be demonstrating an untethered 3D music experience that allows you to interact and move through high-definition 6DOF audio in the room with you.

Two live performances by world-class audio-visual and performance artists, including Los Angeles’ Daedelus and Montreal’s Human Instrument Project.
Participants physically experience sound using SUBPAC wearable technology and an 8 point Funktion One spatial sound system courtesy of Sova Audio.
Performances use live installation, visual projections and audio-reactive lighting.

Human Instrument is an acapella performance and a fully immersive synaesthetic “looking at sound” experience. Through live cymatics, the human voice is projected onto physical objects, dancing with light reflections, provoking unique and iconic patterns that reflect the intricacies of the human voice.
Modular synthesis, environmental samples, enveloping surrounding sound. A slow bassed performance by one of Los Angeles’ Beat Scene founders.
